Previous Year’s Performance
In 2024, the MBOSE SSLC Class 10 result was declared on May 24. The exams were held from March 4 to March 15, with 54,134 candidates appearing from 679 schools across the state. Of these, 30,208 students passed, bringing the overall pass percentage to 55.80%.
The top rank in 2024 was secured by Anuj Chetry from Sherwood School, Tura, with 575 marks. Aleytheia Syiemlieh of St. Margaret’s Higher Secondary School, Shillong, followed closely with 574 marks, while Congenial Kharsahnoh from Christian Academy, Shillong, took third place with 571 marks.
In 2023, the overall pass percentage was 51.93%. To pass the SSLC exams, students must secure a minimum of 33% marks.
