JEE Main Result 2025: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially announced the JEE Main 2025 Session 2 results on its website — jeemain.nta.nic.in. Candidates can view and download their scorecards by logging in with their application number and password. A direct link to access the result is also available on the website. As of now, NTA has only released the results for Paper 1 (BE/BTech), while the results for Paper 2 (BArch/BPlanning) are yet to be declared. In addition to the results, the agency has shared the list of top scorers and other important exam-related details.

JEE Main Result 2025 Live Updates

On April 18, NTA released the Final Answer Key for JEE Main 2025 Session 2, which includes two questions that were dropped. As per NTA’s policy, all candidates will receive full marks for these questions. The final answer key was initially published on Thursday but was removed within a few hours. While the result was expected to be announced yesterday, NTA has now confirmed its release.

The JEE Main 2025 Session 2 exam took place from April 2 to April 9. Earlier this month, the provisional answer key, along with the question papers and candidate response sheets, was released, and students were given the opportunity to raise objections.

They need to type out the application number and date of birth to access the results. 

JEE Main Result 2025: Fake websites that candidates should avoid

Any website other than jeemain.nta.nic.in, which was released by NTA in its notification, is not an official website and hence should be avoided by those who have appeared for the exam to check their results.

The April session of JEE Main 2025 was conducted on April 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, and 9 for various papers, including Paper 1 (BE/BTech), Paper 2A (BArch), and Paper 2B (BPlanning). 

Candidates who will be among the top 2.5 lakh performers will be eligible to appear for the next level, which is the JEE Advanced 2025 exam. JEE Advanced is a centralised gateway to admission to various IITs (Indian Institute of Technology).

JEE Main Result 2025: Session 1

Over 13 lakh students registered for the JEE Main 2025 paper 1 exam in session 1, and 95.93% of them appeared for the exam. Among the 12 lakh students who wrote the exam, over four lakh were female candidates, with 1.5 lakh from the general category. Over 44,000 were from Economically Weaker Section (EWS), 40,282 from Scheduled Caste (SC), 12,965 from Scheduled Tribes (ST), and 1,67,423 from Other Backward Class (OBC) categories.

Around 8.3 lakh male candidates appeared for the exam, with a little over three lakh from General, over 93,000 from EWS, 82,563 from SC, 26,994 from ST, and 3,22,851 from OBC.

One candidate is identified as a third gender and is from the OBC category. 

Ayush Singhal,  Kushagra Gupta, Daksh and Harsh Jha were the toppers in session 1 paper 1.
