The National Testing Agency (NTA) released the provisional answer key for the Common University Entrance Test (CUET UG) 2025 on Tuesday (June 17). Candidates who appeared for the examination, conducted between May 13 and June 4, can now access and download their provisional answer key, response sheet PDF and the CUET 2025 Question Paper from the official CUET website: cuet.nta.nic.in.
In addition, the NTA has also activated the CUET 2025 answer key challenge window, allowing candidates to raise objections or challenge any incorrect answers in the provisional key. This window will remain open until June 20, at 11:00 PM IST. A non-refundable processing fee of Rs 200 is required for each challenged question.
The CUET UG 2025 examinations were held in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode, covering a total of 37 subjects. This included 13 languages, 23 domain-specific subjects and a general aptitude test, providing a comprehensive assessment for university admissions across India.
To download the CUET UG 2025 provisional answer key and challenge it if necessary, candidates should follow these steps:
- Visit the official NTA CUET UG 2025 website: cuet.nta.nic.in.
- Click on the designated tab: “Answer Key Challenge for CUET (UG) 2025.”
- Enter your login credentials: CUET Application Number and Password.
- Click on “Click to View/Challenge Answer Key.”
- Select the desired UG Test Subject from the dropdown menu.
- The CUET 2025 Answer Key for the chosen subject will then be displayed.
Candidates must carefully review the provisional answer key and response sheets for discrepancies and submit challenges by the deadline to ensure fair evaluation, after which NTA will release the final answer key and CUET UG 2025 results.
