Zamit, an AI-enabled solution provider for the school ecosystem, has collaborated with The Future Foundation, a not-for-profit organisation to support schools in empowering students and teachers by providing scholarships and grants, as per the press release. 

The Future Foundation claims to have committed a sum of Rs. 40 lakh to sponsor schools signing up for the future readiness programmes offered by Zamit before March 31, 2024. The Future Foundation further claims that it will sponsor 100% of the total fee on behalf of the school. 

The initiative also aims to provide scholarships to students and grants to teachers for conducting original research. 

“This partnership will help schools align with NEP 2020 and create those opportunities for their teachers and students affordably. At Zamit, we believe in the transformative power of education. This collaboration with The Future Foundation allows us to extend our reach and impact, ensuring that deserving students and dedicated teachers receive the support they need to thrive. With this move, we also aim to empower teachers to shape Gen Z and Gen Alpha as responsible, global citizens,” Abhijeet Mukherjee, CEO Zamit, said.

The Future Foundation also claims to offer training and awareness programmes, extends scholarships, incubates creative and innovative ideas, undertakes research and develops learning and support materials.
