Samsung backed TagHive Inc, an ed-tech company has announced that its flagship product, Class Saathi, has been selected for the first cohort of the UNICEF Learning Cabinet. This global initiative highlights innovative solutions that improve learning outcomes for children.

What is Class Saathi?

Class Saathi is an AI-powered learning and assessment solution that uses Bluetooth clickers. It changes the way teachers teach and personalises learning for students. The company claims that its platform is already active in over 15,000 classrooms, helping more than 500,000 students globally.

The ed-tech company claims that Class Saathi has shown remarkable results in India, students have experienced three times better learning outcomes, a 9-15% increase in subject scores, and a 70% reduction in assessment time. It works effectively in both high-performing urban schools and government schools, proving its versatility.

The UNICEF Learning Cabinet identifies and supports scalable, evidence-based education solutions that tackle key challenges in schools. It follows the ed-tech for Good Framework, created by UNICEF’s Global Learning Innovation Hub with partners like Finland’s Ministry for Foreign Affairs, the Asian Development Bank (ADB), Arm, and top EdTech experts. The initiative showcases the most effective EdTech tools to education leaders worldwide.

“We are honored that UNICEF has recognised Class Saathi as part of its Learning Cabinet. This milestone affirms our mission to bridge learning gaps through technology and to support teachers and students with tools that make education more engaging and impactful, Pankaj Agarwal, Founder & CEO of TagHive, said.

Global opportunities ahead

Through UNICEF’s platform, Class Saathi can now collaborate with governments, educators, and partners worldwide, helping to expand its reach. The initiative aims to ensure that every student has access to quality education, preparing them for success in a digital world.
