Out of 4,29,449 students who registered for the exam, 4,22,737 appeared, and 2,70,471 successfully passed. This brings the overall pass percentage to 63.98%. In terms of gender-wise performance, boys outshone girls with a pass percentage of 67.59%, while girls recorded 61.09%.

The top-performing districts in the Assam HSLC Result 2025 are Shivsagar (85.55%), Dibrugarh (81.10%), and Dhemaji (80.64%). On the other hand, Sribhumi district registered the lowest pass percentage at 47.96%. In the Assam HSLC Result, 89,041 students secured First Division, 1,35,568 achieved Second Division, and 45,862 got Third Division. Additionally, 5,336 students earned Distinction, 16,517 received Star marks, and 1,68,312 students obtained Letter marks.

Assam HSLC 2025 Passing Criteria

To successfully pass the SEBA HSLC Examination 2025, students must meet the prescribed passing criteria set by the Assam Board. This includes securing a minimum of 30% marks in each subject individually as well as achieving at least 30% overall aggregate marks. Additionally, for subjects that include both theory and practical components, students are required to pass both sections separately in order to be considered qualified.
