The National Testing Agency (NTA) will administer the NEET UG 2024 exam today, May 5. The NTA NEET 2024 exam will be administered in a single shift at different test locations across the nation, from 2 pm to 5:20 pm.
It is anticipated that over 24 lakh students will participate in the exam, at various locations in 557 Indian cities and 14 cities abroad.
Steps to download Admit Card:
- Visit the official website, exams.nta.ac.in
- On homepage, click on NEET UG admit card link
- Enter your login credentials
- Click enter and your admit card will be displayed on the screen
- Download and further print it for future reference
Know Abouts for the exam:
- Carry the documents required, that is a valid ID proof with photo such as Aadhar Card, Passport or Voter’s Card.
- Essentials to be carried: Admit Card, additional photograph (same as on application form), pens to fill OMR sheet.
- Items allowed inside examination hall: transparent water bottle, admit card along with self declaration having postcard size photo, additional photograph (same as on application form), pens.
- Plan your journey from home to the examination center in such a way that you reach at least an hour before the examination. However, your reporting time will be mentioned in the admit card accordingly.
- Prohibited Items: Mobile phones, smart watches, bluetooth devices, electronic gadgets, eatables, stationery, accessories and ornaments, among others.
- Do not carry any additional sheet along with you to the examination hall for rough work.
Dress Code:
The information regarding dress code is available on the candidate’s admit card, while it is advised to wear comfortable clothes. Avoid wearing any kind of jewellery or clothes with multiple pockets such as a cargo pant.
