NEET SS 2025 registrations: The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has started the registration process for the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test – Super Specialty (NEET SS) 2025. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can apply online through the official website – natboard.edu.in – by November 25, 11:55 pm.

As per the official schedule, the NEET SS 2025 exam will be held on December 26 and 27, 2025, in computer-based mode at centres across India. The exam is conducted for admission to DM, MCh and DrNB super-specialty courses in medical colleges across the country.

NBEMS also mentioned that the exam dates have been revised multiple times this year. It was first planned for November 6 and 7, then postponed to December 27 and 28, and has now been rescheduled to December 26 and 27.

NEET SS 2025: How to apply 

  1. Visit the official NBEMS website – natboard.edu.in.
  2. Click on the NEET-SS 2025 link under the examinations section.
  3. Register using a valid email ID and mobile number to generate login details.
  4. Fill in your personal, academic, and contact details, and upload the required documents.
  5. Pay the exam fee online, review your details, and submit the form.

Candidates are advised to keep a printout of the confirmation page for future use. NBEMS has clarified that only those who submit the application form and pay the fee successfully will be allowed to appear for the exam.

NEET SS 2025: Marking scheme

Each correct answer will earn 4 marks, while 1 mark will be deducted for every wrong answer. Unattempted questions will not carry any marks. The exam follows a negative marking system, so candidates are advised to answer carefully.
