NEET PG exam city correction window:  The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has officially activated the application window for NEET PG 2025 exam city selection starting today, June 13, 2025. This move comes after the Supreme Court of India approved a revised exam schedule, with NEET PG 2025 now set to be conducted on August 3, 2025, in a single shift across the country.

Why candidates need to reselect exam cities

Due to the updated plan to hold the NEET PG 2025 in just one shift, the NBE has expanded the number of exam cities to ensure every candidate is accommodated. The entrance test will now be conducted in 233 cities across India, significantly increasing from the earlier count. As a result, all registered candidates must log in and reselect their preferred exam city, regardless of their earlier choices.

The window to submit your preferred test city is open from June 13 to June 17, 2025. Students who fail to update their city preference within this period may face limited options or be allotted a city based on availability.

Important notes

Exam city allotment will be done on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The updated list of cities where the NEET PG 2025 exam will be held is available on the application portal.

The revised city selection is mandatory for all candidates who wish to appear for the exam.
