TET Result 2025 Karnataka: The School Education Department of Karnataka has declared the KARTET 2025 results on Monday, December 23. Candidates who appeared for the Karnataka Teacher Eligibility Test conducted on December 7 can now check their scores online through the official portal at sts.karnataka.gov.in. Along with the results, the final answer key for KARTET 2025 has also been released.
The examination is a crucial qualifying test for candidates aspiring to become teachers in government and aided schools across Karnataka. Results can be accessed using the application number and date of birth mentioned during registration.
KARTET 2025 qualifying marks explained
To qualify for KARTET 2025, candidates must secure the minimum marks prescribed for their respective categories. Candidates belonging to the General category as well as 2A, 2B, 3A and 3B categories are required to score at least 60 per cent, which translates to 90 marks out of 150. For candidates from SC, ST and Persons with Disabilities (PwD) categories, the qualifying threshold has been fixed at 55 per cent, or 83 marks out of 150.
Candidates who meet the qualifying criteria will be eligible to download their KARTET eligibility certificate, which is required during teacher recruitment processes.
Steps to download KARTET 2025 result and certificate
Candidates can check and download their results by visiting the official School Education Department website at schooleducation.karnataka.gov.in. After clicking on the link titled Download KARTET Eligibility Certificate, candidates will be redirected to a login page where they need to enter their application number and date of birth. Once submitted, the result will be displayed on the screen and can be downloaded for future reference.
The KARTET 2025 result sheet includes key details such as the candidate’s name, application number, paper appeared for (Paper 1 or Paper 2), marks obtained, qualifying status and certificate-related information.
Candidates are advised to verify all details carefully and keep a copy of the result and certificate saved for upcoming recruitment notifications.
