JKBOSE Class 12th Result 2024 Declared: The Jammu and Kashmir State Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has declared the Class 12 results for 2024. Students can access their results on the official website, jkbose.nic.in.

Students can check their JKBOSE Class 12 results through DigiLocker or by entering their hall ticket number on the official website.

This year, the board conducted the Class 12 exams from February 9 to May 9 in pen-paper mode. The online results are provisional, and students will need to collect their official results from their schools in a few days.

How to download JKBOSE class 12 board results

1. Visit the official website: jkbose.nic.in

2. On the homepage, click on the link that reads ‘Class 12 Result 2024’.

3. A new window will open; click on the ‘results’ tab.

4. Click on the link that reads ‘View Result of Higher Secondary (Class 12th)’.

5. Enter your roll number and captcha, then click on submit.

6. Your results will be displayed. Save the result for future reference.

In 2023, 1,27,636 students enrolled for the Class 12 exams, with 82,441 passing, resulting in a pass percentage of 65%. Girls outperformed boys, achieving a pass percentage of 68% compared to 61% for boys. In the results, 27,272 students secured distinction, 36,393 achieved first division, 17,734 recorded second division, and 1,042 got third division.

Students can also request photocopies of their answer booklets and OMR sheets. Those who do not pass the exams will have the opportunity to appear for compartment exams, with information about these exams to be announced soon.

JKBOSE is the main education board in Jammu and Kashmir, administered by the state government, and responsible for conducting Class 10 and Class 12 exams for all affiliated schools in the state.

In 2021, notable toppers included Mohammed Saheem Mir from Kilhotran with 99.2% in the Science stream, Shabbu Kumari from Doda with 96.6% in the Arts stream, and Mahira Mushtaq from Nagseni Kishtwar with 85.4% in the Commerce stream.
