The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur will release the JEE Advanced 2025 results along with the final answer key on June 2, 2025. Candidates who appeared for the exam can access their scorecards on the official website — jeeadv.ac.in.
The response sheets were previously made available on May 22, followed by the provisional answer key on May 26. The final answer key will reflect any valid objections raised by candidates during the designated challenge window, ensuring transparency in the evaluation process.
What is JEE Advanced?
JEE Advanced is one of the most prestigious and competitive engineering entrance exams in India. It is the gateway to undergraduate programs at the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs). Only the top 2.5 lakh candidates who qualify JEE Main are eligible to appear for this exam. Known for its high difficulty level, JEE Advanced tests students on their deep understanding and problem-solving skills in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics through concept-based and analytical questions.
How to check JEE Advanced 2025 result
- Go to the official website: jeeadv.ac.in
- Click on the link titled “JEE Advanced 2025 Result” on the homepage
- Log in using your JEE Advanced user ID and password
- Click on Submit
- Your scorecard will be displayed on the screen
- Download and print a copy for future reference and counselling
What happens after the result?
Once the results are declared, the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) will kickstart the counselling process for admissions to IITs, NITs, IIITs, and various other government-funded technical institutes (GFTIs). JoSAA’s counselling schedule, including registration and choice-filling dates, is already available on its official website.
Candidates are advised to regularly check the JoSAA portal to stay updated on the admission timelines and procedures.
