Hero Vired, an ed-tech company catering to professionals and higher education aspirants, has unveiled its latest offering: a certificate program in technology-enabled sales. Developed in collaboration with LeadSquared. The company claims that this programme is designed to equip learners with essential skills, strategies and tools necessary to adapt to the evolving needs of consumers in today’s fast-paced market, according to an official release.
The curriculum of this comprehensive programme integrates advanced CRM systems powered by LeadSquared, ensuring that participants are well-prepared for the future of consumer-centric sales. With a focus on hands-on experience, 70-90% instructor-led classes, real-life scenarios and industry-specific projects, Hero Vired addresses the rising demand for skilled sales professionals, the release mentioned.
According to a report by Gartner, 75% of B2B sales organisations are planning to incorporate AI-guided selling solutions into their traditional sales methods, aiming to enhance productivity by acting promptly on insights and recommendations. Recognising this trend, Hero Vired’s programme aims to bridge the skills gap by offering practical training tailored to modern sales practices.
The 3-month programme delves into various aspects of technology-enabled sales, including consumer and market analysis, sales automation and sales intelligence. Participants will gain expertise in utilising CRM tools like LeadSquared’s Omnichannel CRM, enabling them to execute strategic sales actions and track performance efficiently, as per the release.
“Recognising the transformative power of technology, the new programme aims to help the learners upskill themselves and foster new opportunities in the world of tech-enabled sales. CRM technology can contribute up to $4.4 trillion in annual global productivity, hence the fusion of CRM technology within our new Sales programme underscores the profound impact these integrated tools can have on the evolving consumer expectations,” Akshay Munjal, founder and CEO, Hero Vired, said.
Beyond technical skills, the programme also focuses on essential sales skills, relationship building and effective product pitching techniques. Learners will have opportunities to interact with industry experts and engage in capstone projects to develop personalised sales playbooks, preparing them for entry-level roles in technology-enabled sales and sales operations, it added.
“As organisations rapidly adopt modern tools and technologies to boost sales amidst varying consumer interest, developing suitable technology skills enables users to become more customer-centric and capture sales opportunities faster. This collaboration with Hero Vired strengthens our commitment to empowering users with the tools and skills needed, to excel in the ever-evolving world of sales and marketing,” Prashant Singh, Co-Founder and COO, LeadSquared said.
