The Indian Institute of Science (IISc) in Bengaluru is getting ready to allow candidates to fix mistakes in their applications for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2024. The correction window for GATE 2024 was supposed to open on November 7, but it’s delayed because of some operational issues. IISc will inform candidates about the opening of the correction window through social media and email.

Candidates who need to make changes in their applications should keep an eye on the official website: gate2024.iisc.ac.in. Once the link becomes active, they can follow these steps to make corrections:

  • Go to the official website: gate2024.iisc.ac.in
  • Click on the GOAPS portal link on the homepage
  • Log in with your email ID and password
  • Click on the edit application form link
  • Choose the details you want to change and make the necessary edits
  • Click on the submit button
  • Save the changes and take a printout for future reference
  • Although the correction window was supposed to close on November 11, the delay might lead to an extension of the deadline. However, there’s no official update about the extension yet.

IISc has reassured candidates that they will announce the opening of the correction window soon. So, candidates should stay tuned to the official communication channels to avoid missing the opportunity to fix any errors in their GATE 2024 applications.
