Fortune Institute of International Business (FIIB), commenced the admissions for its Executive Fellow programme in Management (EFPM) for the year 2024, approved by AICTE. FIIB aims to provide a distinctive opportunity for working professionals to elevate their careers while engaging with real-world business challenges, according to an official release.
This distinguished doctoral programme, designed to cater to the needs of professionals, emphasises on fostering research knowledge and rigour, employing an interdisciplinary approach. Delivered by seasoned faculty with extensive research and consulting backgrounds, EFPM offers avenues for collaboration with seasoned business executives, the release mentioned.
“The FIIB EFPM is designed to give you a rigorous journey that has been specially curated keeping the unique needs of a working professional in mind, so you do not have to choose between your doctoral ambitions and career progression. Graduates of our flexible programme easily progress within their organisations to leadership positions and can even enter consulting and teaching roles,” Kokil Jain, dean, research and outreach, FIIB, said.
Spanning over a duration of three-five years, this part-time programme requires participants to attend four mandatory week-long residencies covering core modules. It is ideally suited for individuals without a doctoral education who are keen to delve into research methodologies essential for advanced career roles. Applicants are required to possess a minimum of one year of work experience in either corporate or academia. The programme comes with an annual fee of Rs 1.5 lakh with options for self-funding or sponsorship by organisations. The deadline for applications is 15th June 2024.
