Eupheus Learning, a school focused distribution platform has announced senior leadership changes. The ed-tech company has planned a division of leadership responsibilities between the co-founders. Amit Kapoor, co-founder and director on board – now becomes the company’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Ved Prakash Khatri, co-founder, takes the role of the Chief Operating Officer (COO), according to an official release.

Thank you to each of you -Being associated with you has been both a privilege and a learning experience that has enriched me,”  Sarvesh Shrivastava, MD, founder, Eupheus Learning, said.

This transition happened after Sarvesh Shrivastava, founder and managing director of the company announced his retirement. He continues to be associated with the company as a non-executive director on the board to guide and support the company, the release mentioned.

Following this significant shift in senior leadership, Eupheus is set to advance its vision for substantial growth this year, aiming to extend its reach to encompass over 30,000 private schools in India and cultivate a user base of more than 11,000 schools by March 2024, as per the release.
