CGBSE CG Board Class 10th,12th Exams Dates 2024: The Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE) has finally announced the official dates for practical exams of classes 10 and 12 on the official website, cgbse.nic.in. It also explains that no special consideration will be given to students who missed the board practical exams and no re-tests will be allowed.

The practical exams will be conducted in schools with the invigilation under an external examiner appointed by the board. Following their appointment, schools must contact the appropriate external examiner to confirm the practical exam date.

Chhattisgarh Board Exams 2024: Class 10th and 12th Practical Exam Dates

As per the schedule, the practical exams will be conducted between January 10 to 31 at school premises. The dates for the theory exams are yet to be announced by the official board.

If the external examiner is unable to take the practical examination for any reason, schools must obtain a written representation from them, along with the reasons, and alternative arrangements must be made as soon as possible by contacting their district’s coordination organization.

As for school, the board has allowed schools to appoint their subject teachers as internal examiners as the board will not interfere with project work. Schools are advised to utilize previous year answer sheets to conduct practical examinations in case of shortage or have to make local arrangements. Schools will enter practical exam marks on the board portal by February 10, print two hard copies, and have them signed by external examiners, according to the board.

The board said in an official notice, “It has been decided to organize practical examinations and practical work for regular students of high school/higher secondary examination year 2024 conducted by Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education, Raipur in all the recognized institutions between 10th January to 31st January. In this regard, necessary instructions have been issued to all the institution principals.”
