The CEE Kerala announced that the KEAM rank list will be created by equally weighting the normalized entrance exam score and the grades/marks obtained in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry from the Plus Two examination, following a standardization procedure.
For candidates who did not study Chemistry and Computer Science, marks in Biotechnology will be considered.
For candidates who did not study Chemistry, Computer Science, and Biotechnology, marks in Biology will be considered.

According to the CEE, the KEAM Engineering results will be declared on or before June 20, 2024, while rank lists for Engineering, Agriculture, Architecture, B.Pharm, Medical & Allied, and Ayurveda courses will be released on or before July 20, 2024.
For Engineering courses, candidates from SC/ST/SEBC or PD categories need a minimum of 40% marks (aggregate of Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry/Computer Science/Biotechnology/Biology) in their qualifying examination, instead of the usual 45%. This update applies for KEAM Result 2024.

In the latest update, CEE has removed a total of 21 questions and revised the answer keys for 13 questions. The provisional answer keys were initially released on June 10, allowing students to submit objections until June 15.
Following the review of objections by expert committees, adjustments were made based on their recommendations.
To calculate their scores, candidates should compare their chosen answers with those provided in the answer key. For each correct answer, candidates should add +4 marks, and for each incorrect answer, deduct -1 mark. Once this calculation is completed for all questions, candidates will determine their predicted scores.
