The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) and the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) will soon be releasing the examination datesheet for class 10 and 12 which is expected to be conducted in February 2024. As of now, there has been no announcement of the final dates.
To predict the examination dates, students can look up the previous year examination dates for reference as the authorities follow somewhat the same pattern every year unless unforeseen circumstances take place like in 2020 during the Covid-19 outbreak in India. The CBSE and Uttar Pradesh Board have informed to conduct exam on February and Bihar Board might as well follow the same approach.
CBSE 2024
The board has declared that the exams for classes 10 and 12 will start on February 15. It is anticipated that the 55-day CBSE Board test 2024 would conclude on April 10. The board has also provided sample question papers and marking guidelines, as well as dates for practical exams for schools that are closed for the winter. On either cbse.gov.in or cbse.nic.in, the comprehensive CBSE 10th and 12th timetable will be made available.
Date sheets for written and theory exams are typically released by the board one or one and a half months prior to the first exam day. The datesheet was made public in the latter week of December 2023 of the previous year. The first day of exams for both courses was February 15. The CBSE Class 10 examinations were finished on March 21, while the Class 12 exams were finished on April 5.
UPMSP 2024
Reports state that in February 2024, the UPMSP will administer the final exams for classes 10 (High School) and 12 (Intermediate). Between January 21 and February 5, 2024, the UP board practical exams for these courses will take place. Along with the board’s annual schedule, this information has been made public. Datesheets for the UP Board exams are available for download at upmsp.edu.in for students upon their publication. In contrast to 2023, fewer students—55,08,206—have registered for UP final exams this year.
BSEB 2024
The dates of the final board examinations for classes 10 and 12 have not yet been confirmed. Nonetheless, based on previous patterns, the board often administers exams in February. The Matric exam was conducted in 2023 from February 14 to 22 and the Inter exam from February 1 to February 11, 2023. The December distribution of the BSEB datesheet for grades 10 and 12 is anticipated to occur approximately 1.5–2 months prior to the start of the exams.
