Students can also check their results via SMS, Digilocker and UMANG app. This year, over 42 lakh students appeared for the CBSE exams, which were held between February 15 and April 4.
Girls have once again outshined boys in CBSE Class 12th results by over 5.94% points. According to the CBSE board, over 91% girls have passed the exam. Vijaywada was the top performing region and Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas (JNVs) topped the list with an impressive pass rate of 99.29% in the CBSE Class 12 results.
In addition to the results, CBSE has mandated all affiliated schools to include ‘daily positive affirmations’ during morning assemblies from the academic session 2025–26. The move, outlined in the Board’s notice, aims to boost the emotional and psychological well-being of students.
Previously, CBSE results for Class 10 and 12 have been declared in May. In 2024, the results were announced on May 13, while in 2023, the declaration date was May 12.
