GD Goenka University organised the 9th Convocation Ceremony at its campus and Anurag Singh Thakur, Minister for Information and Broadcasting and Youth Affairs and Sports, Govt. of India, addressed the gathering as the chief guest of the event, as per the official press release.

New National Education Policy brought after almost four decades emphasises innovation through education, aligning with the government’s commitment to fostering a dynamic learning environment for Bhartiya youth,” Anurag Singh Thakur, said.
The university claims to establish a range of collaborations with multiple global institutions that aims to enable the fostering of an international perspective among the youth for effective international expansion.
Furthermore, the university claims to provide a range of curricular, co-curricular and extra-curricular opportunities in terms of national/international conferences, workshops, seminars, hackathons, sports events to diverse cultural festivals, as per the press release.
Additionally, the institute claims to support underprivileged students, by providing scholarships for deserving students including girls from foster homes and orphanages, as mentioned in the statement.
