Gujrat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel on Wednesday inaugurated the VG 2024 website and mobile application, launching the VG 2024 Brochure, as part of the upcoming Vibrant Gujarat Summit 2024.
The event saw the presence of Minister of Industries Balvantsinh Rajput, Minister of State (Industries) Harsh Sanghavi, and Minister of State (MSME) Jagdish Vishwakarma.
During his address, Patel said that the Vibrant Gujarat Summit, conceptualised by Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his tenure as Gujarat CM, has since evolved into an important platform for strategic partnerships.

“Prime Minister Narendra Modi initiated the Vibrant Summit during his tenure as Chief Minister of Gujarat in 2003, with a resolute vision to position Gujarat as a global leader in industry and trade. The Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit, started by the Prime Minister, has since evolved into an eminent global platform for knowledge exchange and strategic partnerships,” he said.
The 10th edition of the Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit, themed ‘Gateway to the Future,’ is scheduled to be held from January 10–12, 2024, at the Mahatma Mandir in Gandhinagar.
The VG 2024 website, launched by the Chief Minister, stands as a comprehensive online platform, simplifying registration for individuals, delegations, and investors interested in participating in the Summit’s events. The website includes Government of Gujarat policies, state performance data across diverse parameters, and a catalogue of potential investments and projects.

The VG App has been designed for both Android and iOS platforms, offering an immersive experience.
The Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit aims to promote trade and investment opportunities in the state. Six international roadshows are planned across 12 countries to showcase Gujarat’s strengths and investment potential, in addition to 11 national roadshows in major Indian cities including Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Lucknow, Chennai, Chandigarh, Guwahati, Jaipur, and Indore.
With an aim to connect people with the Vibrant Gujrat Summit, the state government will also organise a district-level “Vibrant Navratri’ festival to engage beneficiaries of various schemes, spanning MSMEs, start-ups, self-help groups, women entrepreneurs, PM Vishwakarma, and more. These programs will span 33 districts in the state from October 2 to October 12, 2023, a government statement said.
