The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has granted sanction to prosecute former AAP Delhi minister Satyendar Jain in corruption cases. As BJP-led Delhi is now gearing up to fulfill the promises made during the campaigning, prosecution will soon begin on former AAP ministers Jain.
Cases filed against Satyendra Jain
In a letter issued by the MHA regarding the former ministers of the Delhi cabinet, it clearly stated the cases registered against him. Under Section 17A of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (as amended in 2018) prosecution of former PWD minister, Satyendra Jain has been ordered.

The file number 17A/4/DOV/2021 has been moved ahead as further action will it take it forward. With the MHA’s approval paving the way for prosecution, former AAP ministers Satyendar Jain and Manish Sisodia now face intensified legal scrutiny in corruption cases.
