Indore Lok Sabha Election Results 2024 Highlights: One of the 29 Lok Sabha seats in the central Indian state of Madhya Pradesh is the Indore Lok Sabha constituency. The constituency covers most of the Indore district. Currently, Shankar Lalwani is the member of parliament representing the Indore Lok Sabha seat. The BJP has been the seat’s holder since 1989. Prior to Lalwani, BJP member Sumitra Mahajan, who also served as Speaker of the Lok Sabha from 2014 to 2019, held the position for an exceptional eight consecutive terms.

As per the latest update from ECI, Lalwani got a total of 1226751 votes however he won with a margin of 1008077 votes.
BJP candidate Shankar Lalwani has won the Indore constituency for Lok Sabha Elections 2024. With this, it is his second consecutive win from Indore.
Homi F. Daji was a member of the third Lok Sabha of India for Indore constituency. He was a member of the Communist Party of India.
Congress’ Kanhaiyalal Khadiwala was the second member of parliament representing Indore Lok Sabha seat. His term of office started in 1957.
Prior to Lalwani, BJP member Sumitra Mahajan held the position of member of parliament for Indore Lok Sabha seat for eight consecutive terms from 1989 to 2014.
Indore has eight Vidhan Sabha segments that make up the Indore Lok Sabha constituency. The eight Vidhan Sabha segments are Depalpur, Indore-1, Indore-2, Indore-3, Indore-4, Indore-5, Rau and Sanwer.
In Lok Sabha Elections 2019, Shankar Lalwani won from the Madhya Pradesh's Indore constituency and became the member of parliament.
