Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa (born 1 February 1959) is an Indian politician who served as the Deputy Chief Minister of Punjab. A member of the Indian National Congress (INC), he is also a Member of the Punjab Legislative Assembly (MLA) representing the Dera Baba Nanak constituency.

Randhawa first successfully contested the Punjab Legislative Assembly elections in 2002 from Fatehgarh Churian, defeating Akali Dal's Nirmal Singh Kahlon. In 2012, he was elected from the newly formed Dera Baba Nanak constituency. He was one of the 42 INC MLAs who submitted their resignation in protest against the Supreme Court of India's ruling that declared Punjab's termination of the Sutlej-Yamuna Link (SYL) water canal unconstitutional.
