In a horrific incident, a Delhi police personnel was hit by an SUV and thrown into the air in the national capital, reported ANI. The incident took place on the intervening night of October 24-25 in the Connaught Place area.
The CCTV footage showed the cop standing infront of a traffic barricade beside a car. The SUV could be seen hit the car and then the cop. The constable was thrown several feet into the air due to the impact of the collision.

The driver of the SUV was arrested after a chase by other personnel present on the spot, reported India Today.
The cop was later admitted to a hospital and treated for his injuries, and was discharged later.
