On RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav campaigning for Bihar Election 2025, Union Minister Chirag Paswan said he doesn't want to make an issue of this, but it has certainly been a matter of concern.

Congress MP Priyanka Gandhi Vadra on Monday launched an attack on Prime Minister Narendra Modi, mocking him for accusing opposition leaders of insulting the country and Bihar, and suggesting that he should create an 'Apamaan Mantralaya' (Ministry of Insults).

Amit Shah says that in future military offensives against Pakistan, explosives manufactured in Bihar's proposed defence corridor will be used.

Addressing people in Sitamarhi, he said that Naxal-free Bihar will vote till 5 pm for first time as under RJD-Cong rule, polling "ended at 3 pm due to Maoist fear".

In Saharsa, Bihar, PM Narendra Modi said that the foundation stone of the Kosi Rail Mahasetu bridge was laid by former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee in 2003.

However, he added, in 2004, Manmohan Singh's Congress government came to power in Delhi with RJD support. "And then, in 2005, a government was formed here under Nitish Kumar's leadership. The people of Bihar wiped out the RJD from every street," he said.

The PM said RJD was so angry that they were "hell-bent" on destroying people of Bihar. "The Delhi government was running with their support. So, sitting in the Delhi government, next to Manmohan Singh and Sonia, they began to take revenge on Bihar. And what did they do? They put a stop to all the projects that were meant for the welfare of the people of Bihar. They stopped Bihar's funding..." he added.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi addresses rally in Bihar Saharsa. Appealing to first time voters and youngsters, the PM said, "...In this election, there are many young sons and daughters who will be voting for the first time. I remember when I cast my vote for the very first time, I had one thought in my mind, my vote should not go to waste. Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath has intensified attack on Rahul Gandhi, Tejashwi Yadav and Akhilesh Yadav while addressing a rally in Bihar. The UP CM called the three "criminals in Bihar", adding that they are allowing infiltrators to compromise with state's security.

"'Pappu', 'Tappu' and 'Akku' three new monkeys of Mahatma Gandhi," he said, adding that unnder RJD-Congress rule, ration meant for the poor were looted in Bihar.

BJP leader Syed Shahnawaz Hussain takes jibe at Rahul Gandhi over his video of interaction with fishermen.

He says, "It seems Rahul Gandhi still hasn’t given up on drama. He is still ‘fishing.’ We have already taken out all the fish from his net; he has nothing in his hands. Even the one fish he caught, he released back into the water."

Addressing a public gathering in Bihar's Gaya, Congress leader Sachin Pilot said that the NDA's double-engine is working properly and is only spreading "smoke" every where.

"Ask the BJP allies why there is unemployment, why farmers are troubled, why educated youth are wandering in search of jobs. Their only answer is about Hindus, Muslims, temples, and buses," he said,

Stressing that the "engine" needs to be changed, Pilot said, "Apart from this, the double-engine model they have implemented is continuously failing, and smoke is spreading everywhere; the engine is not working. This engine needs to be changed, and the change will start from the grassroots..."
