Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar expanded his cabinet on Wednesday (February 26), inducting seven new ministers, all from the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), his alliance partner.
The swearing-in ceremony took place at the Raj Bhavan, where Governor Arif Mohammad Khan administered the oath of office to the newly appointed ministers. With their inclusion, the total strength of the Bihar Cabinet has now reached 36.
