Thane News SUV Crash Ambernath viral video: In a shocking incident on Tuesday evening, four people were injured when a man allegedly tried to kill his father by deliberately crashing his SUV into the father’s vehicle in the Ambernath area of Maharashtra’s Thane district. A video of the collision has since gone viral on social media.
According to police reports, the collision took place at Chikhloli and was the result of a severe family dispute between the father and the son. The accused, Satish Sharma, 38, a resident of Ambernath, has been arrested in connection with the incident.
The viral video shows Satish Sharma’s black SUV colliding with a white SUV occupied by his father, Bindeshwar Sharma, 61, who resides in Colaba.
The video captures the moment Satish’s SUV crashed into the door of his father’s vehicle while a person was exiting the car in an attempt to prevent further damage. Satish then made a U-turn and allegedly rammed the white SUV head-on, dragging it for nearly 50 meters and injuring at least four people.

The injured individuals were promptly taken to nearby hospitals for medical treatment. The police have arrested Satish Sharma on charges of attempted murder and other relevant sections under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (Indian Penal Code).
“We have arrested the accused son, the driver of the black SUV, on charges of attempted murder and under other sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita,” said Sudhakar Pathare, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Zone 4, Thane.
