In a bid to cater to the growing demand for travel and enhance passenger convenience, Western Railway has announced the introduction of a new Weekly Superfast Express service between Bandra Terminus and Lalkuan. The newly launched train, numbered 22543/44, will run as a special train on special fare, offering a convenient travel option for passengers.

The bookings for Train No. 22543 (Bandra Terminus-Lalkuan) will commence on 18th October 2024 at all PRS counters and the IRCTC website.

Train Details

  • Train No. 22543 (Bandra Terminus to Lalkuan) will operate on 22nd October 2024. It is scheduled to depart from Bandra Terminus at 11:00 AM and reach Lalkuan at 1:15 PM the following day.
  • Train No. 22544 (Lalkuan to Bandra Terminus) will start its service on 21st October 2024. The train will depart from Lalkuan at 7:45 AM and arrive at Bandra Terminus at 8:30 AM the next day.

Halts
The train will halt at key stations in both directions, including Borivali, Vapi, Surat, Vadodara, Ratlam, Kota, Sawai Madhopur, Bharatpur, Mathura Junction, Hazrat Nizamuddin, Ghaziabad, Hapur, Amroha, Moradabad, Rampur, and Rudrapur City.

Train Composition
The train will comprise various classes to suit different passenger needs, including AC 2-Tier, AC 3-Tier, AC 3-Tier (Economy), Sleeper Class, and General Second Class coaches.

Passengers can book tickets starting 18th October 2024 at all Passenger Reservation System (PRS) counters and through the IRCTC website.
