Further, the survey will determine the existing construction on the targeted land. Once the report of the survey is available, a proposal for acquisition will be prepared. Additionally, a revised proposal has also been sent for land acquisition in the Tappal-Bajna area for a logistics park which is in close proximity to the airport.

As per the YEIDA officials, the survey work would be completed in 15 days. Concurrently, the Authority will expedite the process of purchasing land for these sectors.

Housing Society in Greater Noida

In October last year, YEIDA announced the Group Housing Plot Scheme and invited applications for six different category plots in Sector 22-D. The reserved price of plots (including PLC) was fixed between Rs 61.50 crore to Rs 135.3 crore, while the registration amount has been fixed between Rs 6.15 crore to Rs 13.53 crore.

It is noteworthy that the ‘Group Housing Plot Scheme’ puts developers in an advantageous position, as it is close to Jewar Airport, the International Film City, Yamuna Expressway, the Medical Park, the Educational Hub, and the Buddha International Circuit.
