Regarding the subject at hand, J. Kumar Infraprojects Limited (the Company) has received the Letter of Acceptance (LOA) as the sole bidder from M/s. NBCC (India) Limited for the project titled “Development of Hari Nagar Depot of Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) in Delhi at Hari Nagar, New Delhi on Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) basis, with a total contract value of Rs 334.25 crore.
This amount is inclusive of all taxes, duties, cess and statutory levies. The contract price will be adjusted prospectively for any increase or decrease in the Goods and Services Tax (GST) rate on Works Contract as notified by the Government of India.
The stock of J. Kumar Infraprojects fell 3.3% to an intraday low of Rs 577.25.
