Key trends from the list

The list witnessed a remarkable shift in India’s entrepreneurial landscape, with 66 out of 79 entrepreneurs being first-generation founders. According to the survey, BITS Pilani is quietly becoming the launchpad for some of India’s most exciting young founders. Anas Rahman Junaid, Founder & Chief Researcher, Hurun India, said, “With 8 alumni on the Avendus Wealth – Hurun India U30 List 2025, it’s clear the institute is doing something right. From Harikrishna Ramesh Valiyath and Vrushali Prasade of Pixis to Rishabh Shekhar and Anirudh Singla of Pepper Content, BITS grads are building ambitious companies across AI, marketing and content – making their mark well before 30.”

When it comes to cities, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Delhi remain the dominant hubs of innovation. However, the emergence of entrepreneurs from places like Jaipur, Ranchi, and Thane highlights that groundbreaking founders can rise from anywhere. In this context, Anas Rahman Junaid said that the Avendus Wealth – Hurun India U30 List serves not only as a recognition of individual excellence but also as a reflection of India’s evolving landscape of innovation.
