Mukesh Ambani-led Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL) will hold its 48th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Friday, August 29, 2025, at 2:00 PM. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) and Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM).
“The Forty- eighth Annual General Meeting (Post-lPO) (AGM) of the members of the Company wilI be held on Friday, August 29, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM), in accordance with the applicable circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India,” it said in a regulatory filing.
Record date for RIL dividend
RIL also announced August 14 as the record date for determining shareholders eligible to receive a final dividend of Rs 5.50 per equity share for the financial year 2024-25. Earlier on April 25 during the March quarter earnings announcement, the company board had recommended the dividend for shareholders. The dividend will be distributed within a week after the AGM.
In the note to the exchanges, RIL said that the company has fixed, “a) Thursday, August 14, 2025 as the “Record Date” for the purpose of determining the members eligible to receive dividend for the financial year 2024-25. Dividend, if declared at the AGM, will be paid within a week from the conclusion of the AGM; and b) Friday, August 22, 2025 as the “Cut-off Date” for the purpose of determining the members eligible to vote on the resolutions set out in the Notice of the AGM.”

RIL Q1FY26 Results
Reliance Industries had released its fiscal first quarter earnings report with consolidated profit at Rs 26,994 crore, posting a surge of 78.32 per cent on account of a one-time gain of Rs 8,900 crore from the sale of its stake in Asian Paints. RIL had posted a profit of Rs 15,138 crore during the corresponding quarter of FY25. Reliance’s profit was also supported by strong double-digit growth in its consumer businesses.
It posted revenue from operations at Rs 248,660 crore, up 5.27 per cent on-year as against Rs 236,217 crore reported during the first quarter of the previous financial year.
Mukesh Ambani had said, “Reliance has begun FY26 with a robust, all-round operational and financial performance. Consolidated EBITDA for 1Q FY26 improved strongly from a year-ago period, despite significant volatility in global macros.”
