IT major HCLTech on Monday announced an interim dividend of Rs 12 per equity share of Rs 2 each of the company for the financial year 2025-26. The company announced the record date for the payment of the aforesaid interim dividend as July 28, 2025. 

In a regulatory filing, it said, “The board of directors has declared an interim dividend of Rs 12 per equity share of Rs 2 each of the Company for the Financial Year 2025-26. The Record date for the payment of the aforesaid interim dividend shall be July 18, 2025, and the payment date of the said interim dividend shall be July 28, 2025.”

Earlier in April, HCLTech had announced an interim dividend of Rs 18 per equity share of Rs 2 each of the company for FY26. 

Before this, the IT major had announced its fourth interim dividend of Rs 18 per share of Rs 2 each for FY25. This included a special dividend of Rs 6 per share. The special dividend was to celebrate 25 years of the company’s public listing.

Today, HCLTech also released its fiscal first quarter earnings report with profit at Rs 3,843 crore. This, it added, was 9.73 per cent lower in comparison to Rs 4,257 crore recorded during the corresponding quarter of FY25. It posted revenue from operations for the period at Rs 30,349 crore, up 8.17 per cent on-year. For FY26, HCLTech revised its revenue growth guidance to 3.0 – 5.0 per cent YoY in CC. 

Shiv Walia, Chief Financial Officer, HCLTech, said, “HCLTech Q1FY26 INR revenue grew an impressive 8.2 per cent YoY. EBIT for the quarter came in at Rs 4,942 crore and net income (NI) at Rs 3,843 crore and at 16.3 per cent and 12.7 per cent of revenue respectively. Our cash generation remains robust with OCF/NI at 129 per cent and FCF/NI at 121 per cent, reflecting the underlying strength of our business model.”
