PSP Projects on Thursday announced that it has bagged a work order worth Rs 101.67 crore (excl. GST) for the project at GIFT City Gandhinagar. The project, it added, is to be completed within a period of 18 months.
“We are pleased to inform that the company is in receipt of Work Order worth Rs 101.67 crore (excl. GST) for the project “Construction and Maintenance of Main Building of GBRC” for Gujarat Biotechnology Research Centre (GBRC) at GIFT City Gandhinagar, Gujarat in Government Category,” it said in a regulatory filing.
With receipt of above orders, the company said, the total order inflow for the financial year 2023-24 till date will amount to Rs 1060.30 crore.
Further, PSP Projects said, “We are also pleased to inform that we have emerged as Lowest Bidder (L1 Bidder) for the project “Development of Sabarmati Riverfront” for Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation at Ahmedabad, Gujarat worth Rs 409.93 crore (Excl. GST).
Earlier in October, PSP Projects expanded its scope of work for the construction of a chocolate plant (Phase III) in Sanand, Ahmedabad, for a multinational company. The order’s revised value, it had said, was Rs 266.56 crore, up from the initial Rs 200 crore in the institutional category. The project is expected to be completed within 19 months. It had also secured an order for the construction of the OVD_14 Commercial Tower in GIFT City, Ahmedabad, valued at Rs 57.33 crore from Ozone Viswanath Developers in the institutional category. Another order involved the development of the Kalamkhus Campus in Ahmedabad, worth Rs 24.81 crore, for the local civic body in the government category. The cumulative order inflow for the financial year 2023-24 had then reached Rs 958.63 crore.
