Lemon Tree Hotels has signed two new properties – Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels in Varanasi and Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels in Rewa.

Keys Prima Varanasi to operate under franchise model

The Varanasi property will operate under a franchise agreement with Lemon Tree Hotels Limited. It will feature 153 rooms along with a restaurant, banquets, a conference room, a swimming pool, a fitness centre and a spa.

The hotel will be well connected by both private and public transport, with Varanasi Railway Junction located around 12 km away and Lal Bahadur Shastri International Airport approximately 31 km from the property.

Keys Select Rewa to be managed by Carnation Hotels

The Rewa property will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels. It will feature 50 rooms, two restaurants, a banquet hall, a swimming pool and other facilities.

The property is around 19 km from Rewa Airport and 13 km from Rewa Railway Station.

Lemon Tree Hotels opens Keys Lite in Vijayawada

On the same day, Lemon Tree Hotels announced the opening of Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels, Krishna, Vijayawada. The company in its regulatory filing said that this is the group’s fifth property in Andhra Pradesh and third in the city.

The managed hotel offers 44 rooms, a multi-cuisine restaurant – Keys Café – and a boardroom, combining affordable stays with clean interiors and efficient service.

The share price of Lemon Tree Hotels has gained 7.58 per cent so far this year and 23.17 per cent in the last six months.
