ITC Hotels reported a 0.31 per cent QoQ profit decline in the second quarter of fiscal year 2025-26. The company reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 133.29 crore in Q2 FY26, compared to Rs 133.71 crore in Q1 FY26. 

However, the company posted a 76 per cent YoY profit growth in the quarter as its profit in the corresponding quarter of FY25 was at 76.6 crore. 

Furthermore, the ITC Hotels reported a 2.8 per cent YoY revenue growth in the quarter. The company reported a consolidated revenue of Rs 832 crore in Q2 FY26. In the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year, the company’s revenue stood at Rs 808 crore. 

ITC Hotels’ margin improves

ITC Hotels reported an EBITDA of 245.7 crore in Q2 FY26, growing 15.7 per cent as the same was Rs 212.4 crore in Q2 FY25. The company’s EBITDA margin also improved by 200 bps to 29.3 per cent. In the corresponding quarter of last fiscal year, its EBITDA margin was at 27.3 per cent. 

Furthermore, the company announced that it has approved the elevation of Sudhir Gupta to Vice President – Procurement.
