With the latest Google doodle, on Earth Day 2015, the search engine giant has ramped up its unique celebration style by giving it a personal touch. Google has this time unveiled a doodle in a different avatar and backed it up with a quiz – the graphic itself is a spinning globe in the form of the second alphabet ‘O’.
The Google quiz itself is quite irreverent consisting of an exercise that lets you determine the kind of animal resides in you!
In fact, Google takes the personality quiz beyond testing your knowledge of the animal world and empowers you to give yourself the answer that your parents and siblings and perhaps you too were always asking yourself: What kind of an animal are you?
For instance, a fearsome Komodo Dragon or a giant squid or something in between. Google says the exercise is totally scientific and 1000% accurate personality test! At the least your knowledge of the animal world will indubitably increase.

Google quiz itself starts innocuously enough by testing you about your state of mind at the fag end of the working week: What are you up to on a typical Friday night?
Earth Day meaning: April 22 is celebrated as Earth Day annually to promote, and if possible, support environmental protection. First celebrated in 1970, the coordination is now carried out by the Earth Day Network. On this day events are held across the globe highlighting ways to protect the fragile environment around us.
While all of this may work up a mental sweat, and bring some kind of vicarious pleasure too (on finding out what kind of animal you really are – perhaps not), what the Earth is crying out for is action from you, the reader, where you are being called on to contribute your share of saving the planet from the vagaries of the modern human life that causes so much destruction in the name of progress.
So, get off your seat and just do something that prevents waste, of water, electricity, food, perhaps go vegetarian, walk or bike to office instead of taking the car, or otherwise do something that leads to a better ecological state of being.
