zbyte, a Web3.0 infrastructure platform, has announced the launch of its mainnet, for bridging the gap between Web2.0 and Web3.0 technologies. Reportedly, the launch is backed by its four million dollar capital raise with an additional one million dollar committed by investors, having the likes of Cartography Capital and Quarterback Financial.
According to an official release, the zbyte mainnet introduces a low-code, no-code module that enables Web2.0 developers to create decentralised applications (dApps) without needing to reskill. This approach is believed to be offering a platform for dApp development across public blockchains. zbyte plans to tap into India through its campus chain program with universities, as the team has seemingly hosted hackathons in India to build dApps.
“I believe our mainnet is designed to empower developers, bringing Web2.0 ease and familiarity to the Web3.0 environment. We’re looking forward to seeing how this will accelerate the adoption of blockchain technology. This fund raise should accelerate their roadmap. Onboarding developer communities, organising hackathons, bringing the power of Web3.0 to businesses and developers across domains and use cases by leveraging the power of the zbyte platform, while decentralising and empowering the zbyte community,” Krish Kupathil, co-founder, zbyte, said.
