In celebration of Karnataka Bank’s century-long journey, a phygital experience center invited audiences to explore the bank’s past, present, and future, developed in collaboration with DaveAI, an AI-powered experience creators platform.

According to an official release, the phygital experience center was inaugurated by D K Shivakumar, Deputy Chief Minister, Karnataka. Reportedly, visitors were greeted by virtual avatars, could take part in virtual reality tours, and engage with augmented reality experiences.

From what it’s understood, highlights of this tour included gesture-controlled experiences, which featured a virtual avatar narrating milestones and achievements, a virtual reality tour, which allowed visitors to step into a VR pod for a 360-degree tour of the digital banking unit, and an innovation showcase, which showed a zone showcasing the bank’s initiatives, featuring interactive kiosks and augmented reality-powered card discovery, designed to engage and educate visitors on Karnataka Bank’s products and services.

“Our digital experience center aims to stand as a testament to this fusion, exuding beauty and innovation. Now, our mission intends to extend beyond admiration within our experience center; it’s about bringing these immersive experiences to all our customers,” Pankaj Gupta, CDMO, Karnataka Bank, said.
