KaarTech, a digital transformation consulting company, has announced its move to broaden its capabilities and geography by acquiring Dunn Solutions Group Inc, a customer experience solutions consultancy.
According to an official release, this acquisition has been facilitated by Eiliant Advisors, an investment banking firm. From what it’s understood, this move combines KaarTech’s SAP domain expertise, especially in SAP S/4HANA, with Dunn Solutions’ experience in digital customer experience.
