Aeroshul Technologies Pvt Ltd has teamed up with Eesti Arsenal OÜ in Estonia to enhance local manufacturing and create new trade opportunities. This partnership reflects the growing defence ties between Estonia and India, focusing on military training, cyber defence, technology exchange, and strategic dialogue.
Aim of the MoU
This MoU signifies their commitment to collaborating on the development and industrialization of defence technologies.
The collaboration aims to leverage the strengths of both India and Estonia. Col Ramit Arora (Retd.), CEO & Executive Director of AeroShul Technologies, stated, “We want to utilize the best competencies available in both countries, benefit from resilient supply chains and India’s manufacturing efficiencies, and explore market access in Asia through India and in Europe through Estonia.” He added, “AeroShul Tech is committed to the Make in India initiative to Make for the World and the national mission for an Atmanirbhar Bharat.”
Recent Collaborative Efforts
To accelerate this partnership, the Trade Estonia team, along with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Estonia and the Estonian Defence and Aerospace Industry Association, organized a three-day visit for an Indian defence delegation to Estonia. This delegation, led by the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry, included representatives from seven leading Indian defence companies: Bharat Forge Ltd, MKU Limited, DCM Shriram LTD, TATA Advanced Systems Limited, Hyper Stealth Technologies Private Limited, Aeroshul Technologies Private Limited, and Heritage Cyber world.
During the visit, the delegates participated in the Defence Demo Day organized by the Estonian Defence and Aerospace Industry Association and Invest in Estonia. They witnessed several demonstrations from ten prominent Estonian defence companies showcasing cutting-edge products and solutions. Companies like Defendec Ltd, DefSecIntel Solutions, Threod Systems (known for unmanned aircraft systems), and Maru Defence showcased their advanced technologies.
Key Events and Future Prospects
A key highlight of the visit was the India-Estonia Defence Seminar and B2B Forum, which provided a platform for direct interactions between Indian and Estonian defence stakeholders. This event highlighted each country’s defence expertise and facilitated the exchange of best practices. These interactive dialogues and the exchange of best practices are expected to pave the way for future cooperation, enhancing the defence capabilities of both nations.
