Zepto has announced the promotion of Shashank Shekhar Sharma as the chief experience officer, Zepto Café, effective December 2024. From what is understood, in his new role, Sharma will be responsible for overseeing Café operations, expanding its footprint, managing equipment procurement, ensuring quality control, and enhancing the end-to-end customer experience.

With nearly two decades of experience in food tech, retail, and quick-service restaurants (QSR), Sharma brings extensive expertise in business transformation and scaling operations, the company stated. His track record of delivering results aligns with Zepto Café’s vision to establish itself as a key player in India’s competitive food tech sector, the company added.
