I am constantly dealing with situations that present limited data and unpredictable outcomes, which make every decision both exciting and consequential. Leading a startup demands far more than operational oversight — it requires creative problem-solving at every turn. In this role, ambiguity is the norm rather than the exception, and there’s never a single right answer. Leadership is about making bold, thoughtful decisions that shape the future of our company and its impact on the agricultural ecosystem.

The Weekdays

My weekdays tend to follow a structured rhythm, which helps maintain focus and drive consistent progress. Mondays and Tuesdays are dedicated to strategic reviews — these sessions ensure alignment across teams, clarify priorities, and set a clear path forward for execution. The remaining weekdays are spent on launching new initiatives, engaging proactively with external stakeholders, and immersing myself in market insights through on-ground visits and interactions. This approach keeps me close to both strategy and execution while continuously gathering real-world feedback.

The Weekend

At Agrizy, we operate six days a week, reflecting the fast-paced nature of our work. Saturdays are devoted to brainstorming future strategies alongside my co-founder, Saket, where we discuss bold ideas and set the long-term vision. Sundays are sacred and reserved for much-needed recharging. I dedicate this day completely to my family – especially to my wife and our two-year-old daughter – cherishing precious moments with them that help maintain a sense of balance and perspective amidst the intensity of startup life.

My phone and laptop are indispensable for me. They enable seamless communication and decision-making on the go, keeping me connected with my team, partners and key stakeholders.

The Logos

I have a deep appreciation for brands that succeed in creating emotional connections with people. Range Rover, in particular, stands out to me for its ability to symbolise exclusivity, achievement and belonging. It is fascinating how certain brands evoke loyalty not just by offering excellent products, but by becoming lifestyle statements — representing aspirations, and a sense of identity that resonates with their audience at a deeper, emotional level.
