The Job

I’ve never seen FNP as just a business. At its heart, it’s about making people feel remembered and valued. My role is to ensure we deliver that emotion, at scale. Whether it’s planning for an occasion, launching a new category, or refining logistics, the goal is the same: make gifting thoughtful & effortless. What excites me most is the idea that somewhere, someone’s day got a little brighter because of what we built. That’s the real reward.

The Weekdays

I like structure, but I’ve learnt to keep my weekdays fluid. Mornings are usually for deep thinking – org planning, growth strategy, or solving long-term challenges. Afternoons are for reviews, decisions, and moving things forward. Evenings often bring calls with partners or global teams. But the truth is, no two days are the same. A supply chain discussion might lead to a breakthrough in customer experience. A quick sync could spark a big idea. That unpredictability is what I enjoy most – it keeps me curious, and always learning.

The Weekend

I’d like to say I switch off on weekends—but the truth is, I rarely do. Ideas have a way of showing up when you least expect them—on a drive, during a flight, or right after a good night’s sleep. That said, one ritual I never miss is my weekend coffee date with my wife. It’s non-negotiable. The energy and thinking rarely pause.

The Toys

I’ve never been a collector of gadgets for the sake of it, but I do value tools that make life simpler. My phone, of course, is command central. I rely heavily on productivity apps and collaborative tools to stay on top of things. But the real game-changer has been AI. I’ve been exploring how it can enhance creativity, automate the routine, and open up entirely new ways of working. It’s a fascinating shift, equal parts empowering and humbling.

The Logos

A great logo earns meaning over time. The Nike swoosh wasn’t always iconic – it became one because of what the brand stood for. Same with the Apple logo. These symbols work because they carry consistency and emotion. I see the FNP logo the same way. It’s not just a design element but a promise. When people see it on a box, they expect care, quality, and celebration. That expectation is what pushes us to keep delivering better.
