The Job
Every day at Gallant is a mission to reimagine how India plays. What excites me most is the opportunity to build world-class sports infrastructure from the ground up—both literally and strategically. I lead teams that are transforming schools, stadiums, and cities into hubs of movement, fitness, and joy.
From building athletic tracks in India’s farthest districts to rolling out multi-sport arenas in metros, we aim to bridge the gap between grassroots play and Olympic dreams. My goal: make Gallant a `1,000-crore brand and India’s largest sports infra powerhouse.
The Weekdays
I typically start my day by 6:30 AM. A game of tennis or an early yoga session keeps me grounded.
Mornings are all about high-focus strategy and financial planning—especially as we prepare for our IPO. Afternoons are reserved for deep work with my core team—on execution, expansion, and investor relations. Evenings are slower: I unwind with reading or mentor-led calls across my Stanford Seed and Ascent Goa Group networks.
The Weekend
Weekends are for real recovery. I spend time with my family—often outdoors, scouting new sports destinations or simply exploring with my kids. Travel is a big part of how I rejuvenate.
The Toys
I rely heavily on my Kindle for nonstop reading—business memoirs, sport psychology, and leadership insights. I travel with my camera most of the times and use my IPad for reading books or watching movies. I also travel with a drone to capture overhead footage of Gallant project sites and arenas—it’s part hobby, part work.
The Logos
Nike is a huge inspiration—not just for their gear but for their sustainability vision. Spotify is my learning companion—I use it to stay updated with leadership podcasts while traveling. My Garmin Watch is indispensable, tracking everything from sleep to activity, reminding me daily: health is the ultimate asset.
