Dr Reddy’s Laboratories has agreed to buyback the shares of Perlecan Pharma, a research arm of DRL, from its investors, ICICI Ventures and Citigroup Venture Capital. It will hold 100% stake in Perlecan Pharma post the buyback. The investors had invested about $22.5 million in Perlecan Pharma in 2005.
