Rahmanullah Lakanwal, an Afghan man under the Operation Allies Welcome program, has been identified as the sole suspect in the Washington DC shooting. The victims, Sarah Beckstrom and Andrew Wolfe, were named as National Guard members. Beckstrom, a US Army Specialist, died and Trump announced this during a Thanksgiving call with US troops. Lakanwal will face multiple charges.
