KKR, a private equity firm, has invested in Lighthouse Learning, with Canadian pension fund PSP Investments also joining as a new investor. KKR plans to use the capital to expand K-12 schools and preschools in key cities. Lighthouse Learning has a workforce of 22,000 and a revenue of Rs 881 crore.
